By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Orbion SARL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Thrift AI on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules.
Thrift AI is a resale research tool. It shows identifications, estimated market values, and listings from public marketplaces to help you decide what to buy and sell. It is not an appraisal service and does not provide financial, investment, or professional advice.
Market prices change constantly, and condition, authenticity, size, and demand all affect what an item actually sells for. Every estimate is information to support your own judgment, not a promise of profit. Always inspect an item yourself before buying it.
All purchase and resale decisions are made solely by you. The App does not instruct you to buy or sell anything. Orbion SARL is not responsible for decisions you make, or for money gained or lost through them.
Your saved finds, scan history, folders, prices, and profit records are stored locally on your device. Photos you scan are sent securely to our identification service, used only to produce your result, and are not kept. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device. If your device is lost, damaged, or reset, your data cannot be recovered by Orbion SARL.
Thrift AI is for your personal use. You agree not to resell access to the service, send automated or bulk requests, attempt to copy or reverse-engineer how it works, or use it in any way that disrupts the service for others. We may suspend access that harms the service.
Thrift AI offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Pro"):
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Orbion SARL does not process payments and does not have access to your billing information.
The Thrift AI name, design, and everything that makes the App work belong to Orbion SARL. Using the App does not transfer any of that to you.
The App is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the past twelve months.
If these Terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
